On the very first day of the one-week closure, I rediscovered the will to comb my hair. I must be honest, I’d neglected myself. I knew I was depressed but I didn’t realize how much of that depression was caused by loneliness.
Will I continue my training or move to another field? I am not sure. But one thing I am learning is that the uncertainty of the future should not lure me away from the beauty of the present.
With my 1000 raging emotions, I remind myself that this season is just an opportunity to grow. “To live and survive, you must withstand those atmospheric pressures as they present themselves.” There you have it! Natural selection at its best!
